Maui Mango
This hand made table is going to be one of the most unique, and interesting tables you will ever see. It is made from a 100+ year old Mango tree from Maui Hawaii. During my time there I personally helped to harvest this old dying tree. This was a “wood cookie” that I turned into a circle and because of that, this is an end grain piece. Not only does that make it more durable, but you also get to see every stage of the tree’s life. This Mango has unbelievable grain patterns and a good bit of the “heart” of the tree. Mango is a very strong, scratch resistant wood. Making it perfect for heirloom furniture.
